Levi Creek Nature reserves community group are hosting a
FREE – Levi Creek nature reserves restoration guided walk will be held on
Sunday, October 8 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Observe restoration from ripping of bare areas 2 years ago and 2 years planting – learn plants in 350mm rainfall creekline, mallee & grassland. Several hectares of repair work is involved.
Enjoy a morning tea at the end.

This is a project involving local landholders and supporters who highly value these 2 areas of about 40 ha of remnant open mallee woodland, native grassland and creekline with very diverse plants. Major home for many bird species as well as many insects, reptiles and other animals.
