Emma has been the Director of the Centre for the past two and a half years.

“I have absolutely loved my time here as Director of the Eudunda Preschool and have enjoyed forming relationships and connections with the children and parents. I would like to thank the Governing Council for their unwavering support and all their hard work in ensuring the centre is well looked after. I am very sad to be leaving but am looking forward to the new adventure this brings to our family ” Emma stated.

It is with great sadness that the children, staff and families must farewell her as she begins her new adventures at the end of this term.

During her time at the ECPC Emma has implemented a number of changes and has contributed to the development of all the young children in her care. Her bright smile and welcoming of each child and their caregiver at ‘drop off’ time has ensured she has developed wonderful relationships with the children and their families.

Alison Schutz (Governing Council Chairperson) has enjoyed working together with Emma to create a wonderful learning place for the children and said,

“Although we are excited for Emma, she will be greatly missed at the Centre and within the community. We are extremely pleased that our dedicated current teacher, Mrs Jodie Zerner, will be taking on the Acting Director role for the remainder of the year. We are also extremely thankful that Julie Schulz will be continuing in her ECW role too.

“The Governing Council are excited to be working with both Jodie and Julie as they recognise their passion for the children and the centre.

“The children, staff, Governing Council and families of ECPC wish Emma all the best in her future endeavours. “
