Lachlan Earns His Black Belt At Shodan-Ho Karate Grading Day

Congratulations to Lachlan Meinhardt for completing his black belt Shodan-Ho Karate grading today.

Proud Dad Greg Meinhardt said,
“It look a lot of hard work, dedication and sweat but you earnt it!”

The photo above taken during testing shows Lachlan doing a Yusuko (self defense move) on the opponent on the floor using a take down with elbow lock.

Lachlan has been training karate for 9.5 years (since he was 5 years old) at the MKA Eudunda Dojo which is held Tuesdays in the Town Hall.
