Eudunda Springs Into Winter Bowls – Social Bowls Report For 2nd June 2023

What else would you do on Friday afternoon except play Social Bowls at Eudunda? Twenty- four bowlers enjoyed the beautiful weather even though winter has started, being June 2nd.
Besides Eudunda bowlers, a strong contingent came from Kapunda, some from Tanunda and Cadell were represented.
All games were very close with the eventual winners being Jeff Willoughby, Ted Schiller and Peter Baverstock, and runners-up Mally Schutz, Johan Ramerman and Gloria Bowden.
Resting touchers were won by Jeff Willoughby and Gloria Bowden.

The raffle prizes were in demand with winners Jeff Willoughby (cheese), Peter Baverstock (chook), Doreen Twartz (wine) and Robert Cavanagh (the chocolate).
The friendly atmosphere permeates on the green and in the clubhouse afterwards.
