Council Repairs Flood Damaged Bridge At Eudunda Golf Club
The Regional Council of Goyder staff recently repaired a bridge at the Eudunda Golf Course which had been damaged by recent floodwater.
The bridge had been built many years ago by Golf Club members and 44 gallon drums (200 Ltr) were used for pipes. The structure was unable to withstand the force of water from recent flooding and was damaged beyond repair.
Eudunda Golf Club members thank the Council for their work as this will again restore the playing back to normal, and will be of great importants on busy days like the Annual JAK Golf Day.
Additionally the bridge repair will be greatly appreciated by this year’s influx of Lavender Federation Trail Walkers who use the edge of the Golf Club to access Eudunda from their walk from Dutton or when heading South to Dutton.
