Closing Down – ‘Fabric ‘N’ Things’ Mega Sale 7th & 8th Sept

For the past 30 years Margaret Doecke has operated her Country Fabric’s ‘N’ Things shop in the main street of Eudunda. Her efforts to promote her shop reaped many rewards for the local community as well. An example being that she would often attract a bus load of enthusiastic ‘crafty’ people to come to Eudunda and Margaret would arrange that they were catered for by the towns other shops making it a complete experience for her visitors.

Margaret explained online why she has come to this decision now?
“After the landlord asked for all stock etc to be removed so renovations to the white ant infected floor boards plus more can be carried out in the building, I was left with nowhere to go and no assurance of returning,

“All my stuff, stock and fittings were hastily put into temporary storage.

“We have now decided that this is the best out come for myself and my family.”

Margaret has taken the opportunity to have one last fling with a ‘Mega Sale’.

This will be over the weekend of the 7th & 8th September 2024
At the Eudunda Show Hall from 9am to 3pm each day.

All Must Go! So you are bound to find a bargain!

Light refreshments also available for purchase with proceeds going to ‘Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’.

Eudunda will sorely miss Margaret and her shop, it has been a meeting place, a training place, a club space, a place to submit entries to a vast number of local events, a place many events were hatched and supported, a place of information and friendship.
