To assist with fire prevention in the region, the Regional Council of Goyder have organised free green waste disposal at all three transfer stations.

To assist with fire prevention in the region, the Regional Council of Goyder have again organised free green waste disposal for Residents from Sunday the 15th of October – Sunday the 12th of November, 2023.

All three waste transfer stations at Burra, Eudunda and Hallett will be available during normal opening hours:

Eudunda
Wednesday: 2- 3pm
Saturday: 10am- 12pm

Acceptable items:
clean residential green waste, these include:
* Grass clippings
* Leaves
* Small branches up to 100mm in diameter
Unacceptable items:
*Commercial loads of materials
*Waste or hard rubbish
* Soil
*Proclaimed weeds, these include rose, poplar, blackberry, gorse, olive, bridal creeper, kikuyu, couch & bamboo
