Eudunda Bowls Chucka Ends Fifteen Year Drought

Last Friday evening, Chucka Schutz played Greg Prior in the Eudunda Bowling Club Men’s Singles Championship final. In competing in his first final, after many times losing the semi-final, Chucka displayed very good draw bowling denying Greg few shots until the thirteenth end.

Greg’s experience saw him rally in the second half of the game, however Chucka managed to hold the lead, and succeeded in achieving his goal after fifteen years of bowling. Greg has played in four Singles finals, and attained Men’s Singles Champion in 2010.
